

Heather is an award-winning filmmaker and actor, appearing in numerous television shows, feature films, stage productions and commercials. She is the recipient of the Women in Film award from Four Corners Film Festival for her short, postpartumm… a dark comedy exploring postpartum anxiety. Her feature film, Delta County, was awarded Best Narrative Feature at the Fort Smith Film Festival and has garnered additional wins from the Liverpool Indie Film Awards, Cine Paris, Indie Cine Tube, Cine Sepia, and Stratford Upon Avon. Filmed on iPhones, the story is centered an ex-FBI agent mourning the loss of her husband and what follows when her estranged sister is accused of murdering a controversial Philanthropist in their Arkansas hometown. The film screens next at the Fayetteville Film Festival. After studying theatre at Rhodes, Heather began her professional career in Chicago, where onstage credits include The Threepenny Opera w/the hypocrites @ Steppenwolf and critically acclaimed Dirty Diamonds at The Factory. In Los Angeles, she was in the ensemble for Tony award-winning The Lehman Trilogy at the Ahmanson (a record shortest time onstage.) She worked with Rogue Machine in A Bright New Boise and Wish I had a Sylvia Plath (u.s.) and with Sacred Fools in A Gulag Mouse. Film/TV credits include The Bridge (FX), For All Mankind (Sony/AppleTV). Audiences can catch her in Flip Side, directed by Jayne Brook, which is also making waves at festivals. Heather began Rexford Productions after the birth of her son. Delta County is in memory of long-time friend and fellow actor, Clint Jung.
Additionally, Heather is a certified Personal Trainer (NSCA) and Wellness Counselor (Cornell) based in Los Angeles, specializing in holistic wellness and whole body fitness. As the owner of Simply Fit L.A. and Happy Fit Well, she offers personalized wellness counseling and private training. With extensive experience in corporate wellness programs, dance instruction, and fitness training, Heather integrates physical, emotional, mental, and social wellness into her client-centric approach. She has been featured in prominent publications like USA Today, Bustle and PopSugar. Her integrated approach to health and wellness extends into the creative space, making her an ideal fit for other entertainment industry professionals.
