If you're new to working on-camera, and especially if you came from a theatre background, this is for you.
How it works: Book your online coaching session with Heather here. You will then receive a brief questionnaire to introduce yourself and your goals. Prior to your session, Heather will forward a scene to prepare. This will be a selection from an actual movie, television show or commercial, depending on your interests and level of experience. You will rehearse the scene on your own prior to your session. Together, you will read the scene, discuss and make adjustments. If you have a home recording set-up, you can record your performance. If not, Heather will forward a copy of the scene captured during your online session.
For first time clients, a complimentary virtual meet-and-greet and review of your home recording setup will be conducted. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian may be present for the coaching session, but please note that oftentimes, the best work comes when there is freedom to create. If parents or guardians are present during a session, we ask that they remain neutral and non-invasive in the coaching session. (No armchair quarterbacks, please! :)
Parents or guardians are required to participate in a virtual meet-and-greet for all minors who are first time clients.
